As promised, here is Lacey, the quilt store cat. She's fat and sassy and very spoiled. She's groomed and brushed almost every day and fussed over by both staff and customers. Her unusual marmalade tortoise shell markings make for delightful looking cat. If you come to Kissimmee, be sure to stop in Queen Anns Lace quilt store and visit Lacey. Tell her Karen sent you.

Lacey is a girl that our Black Panther might take up with except we'd have to rename him from Baby Kitty to Black Panther. He is also overweight (15 pounds) and independent but loves to play which we are not yet able to appreciate. My daughter and granddaughter and Baby Kitty moved back in with us until June 2009. I am learning how to appreciate cats. I've only been bitten once, to the bone.

Referring to Kissimmee and cats. The familiar name for a cat in Swedish is "kisse"!

Thanks for making my blog a favorite. How nice of you! I have a grandcat named Kittykins. You might have seen the post I did on her a while back when her inner "bad kitty" came out one night! I lived in Ft. Lauderdale many moons ago. Are you on the Gulf coast? Can't remember sorry!
