The Wearing of the Green

I'm a day late but that's not unusual for me. Yesterday was St. Patrick's day so a friend and I went to lunch and then headed to our neighbor city of St. Cloud for dessert at the Irish pub. I had creme brulee made with Bailey's Irish Cream and it was so good. All of the local restaurants were advertising Corned Beef and Cabbage specials and lots of good Irish music and dancing in the evening hours. We decided to skip the entertainment and walk through downtown to work off dessert. I'll be posting more pictures of our adventures in the next few days.

Bonjour Karen,
I've seen you suscribed to my blog, and ....since I'm curious I came to watch yours.
I love what I saw, and what I read (especially, your quotation choice on the sidebar).

A crème brulée made with Bailey's !
Just the last world makes me dream of it. No need to feel guilty eating that dessert. St Patrick Day is just once a year : )
A bientôt.

Sounds like you had a great time. I think St. Patrick's Day is simply an excuse to eat and drink.

As for me, I don't need an excuse.

Heh. Heh.
