This is the huge AMC movie theatre at Downtown Disney. I love the architecture of the building and I've gone to see some movies there. It has 24 theatres but I don't think they've ever shown 24 movies at one time. They show the same one in 2 or more theatres but run them at different times.
My only fault with these huge mega theatres is that they have put almost all of the smaller local ones out of business.

The same problem here! Most of them are today smaller local supermarkets! :-(

I agree about the problem, however I love this architecture!

A very interesting building, architecturally. And you're right - the big movie chains, like the big box stores make it impossible for the "little guy" to make a living, and I think we're all the poorer for it!
