Lately there are way too many empty homes in our area. People need to move and cannot sell their homes. It is a sad time for them but would be a good time for buying. Here is a mini-mansion located on a nice street in downtown Kissimmee for sale. Would be nice to see a family move in and not have it turned into offices.
Sorry this posting is so late today. I went to Epcot yesterday afternoon to see the Flower & Garden exhibits and got home very late.. and forgot.

Oh goodness, that's considered a MINI mansion? It's a beautiful home. I hope some family occupies it soon.

c'est triste de voir des maisons, des quartiers mourir et des personnes ne pouvant se reloger. j'espère que la crise va être bientôt derrière nous

it is sad to see houses, neighborhoods and dying who are unable to relocate. I hope the crisis will soon be behind us

That looks like a nice place for you! Taxes might be a little high, though.

It is a nice house and has some buildings and a garage with an apartment behind it.

Jacob, you had to mention "TAXES" didn't you? Do you know what tomorrow is? I probably could not afford the taxes on that house at all. :=]

Ooops! Sorry 'bout that. We did ours last week and came out OK...so taxes are no longer taxing.

I'm sure the taxes on that mansion are extremely high...although not as high as South Florida.

I remember many years ago, I checked the taxes on a mansion on the beach along A1A north of Fort Lauderdale - $180,000 annually - and that was LONG time ago.
