My red navel orange tree is loaded with green fruit so it looks like I will have a nice harvest this winter. I bought an ice cream/sorbet machine and orange sorbet will be on the menu later this year.
Your are so lucky ! I like these trees, as well orange than lemon tree (remember the song : "Lemon tree very pretty and the lemon flower is sweet but the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat") But the lemon tree's fruit is very useful to get delicious cakes. I brought back two ones from California last year. I do enjoy your green picture full of promise
Oooh! I wish I could have an orange tree! Btw, I'll be away until Sept. 23. And sorry to disappoint you, the castle normally closes its doors well before sunset at this time of year, except on Saturdays for the happy 4 or 5000 few who will enjoy the fountains evening. In October, the fountains won't be functioning but you might already see some sunsets!
Photos of Kissimmee, Florida and surrounding areas from my point of view.
I have posted some photos and impressions of Paris on my other blog: CollageMaven's Haven. “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” - Mark Twain "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO, What a Ride!"
I started blogging a few years ago and now have two. My first one just rambles on about anything that comes to mind or is happening in my life. My new one is the Kissimmee Daily Photo Blog that will just be daily photos of the town where I live.
