This old red metal chair was outside the antique store in downtown Kissimme. I remember having six or seven of them when I lived in the country. It was nice to sit on the porch and rock while reading a good book. You didn't want to sit in one if it had been out in the hot sun, especially if you were wearing shorts. Ouch.

My parents had a couple of chairs just like that, and you're right about wearing shorts!

Nice shot! We had some of those when I was little. I always made sure I put a towel down before I sat in them.
